🌀 Churn & Machine Instructions

Recommended Spin Mode: 'Light Ice Cream' mode

Steam 65g of butternut squash and 65g of zucchini until fork-tender. Cool completely before blending. High-speed blend with 1 scoop of Pea Protein (Vanilla Milkshake flavour), Allulose (1.0 tsp), coconut water, any optional additions like Fiber Powder, and 4-5 drops of Vanilla drops. Pour into the container, freeze for 24 hours, and spin on 'Ice Cream' mode.

💡 Pro Tip for Veggie Bases: If your pint spins into a powdery or dry crumb texture on the first cycle, don't worry! This is normal for low-fat vegetable churns. Simply add 1 tablespoon of unsweetened almond milk or cold water to the center, place it back into your Ninja Creami, and press Re-spin. It will immediately whip into creamy soft-serve perfection!
