  • ⚡ Protein Powder: 1 scoop (30g) Mocha
  • 🍯 Sweetener: Allulose (1 tsp)

  • ✨ Additions: Maca Powder

🌀 Churn & Machine Instructions

Recommended Spin Mode: 'Light Ice Cream' mode

1. Steam 125g of butternut squash and 125g of zucchini until fork-tender.
2. Cool completely before blending.
3. Process in a blender with 1 scoop of mocha flavour protein powder, 1 teaspoon of allulose, kefir, water to desired consistency, any optional additions like maca powder, and 4-5 drops of butter biscuit flavour drops.
4. Pour into a pint container, freeze solid for 24 hours, and spin on 'Light Ice Cream' setting.

💡 Pro Tip for Veggie Bases: If your pint spins into a powdery or dry crumb texture on the first cycle, don't worry! This is normal for low-fat vegetable churns. Simply add 1 tablespoon of unsweetened almond milk or cold water to the center, place it back into your Ninja Creami, and press Re-spin. It will immediately whip into creamy soft-serve perfection!
