  • 🥛 Liquid Base: Buttermilk (~120ml / 0.5 cup)
  • ⚡ Protein Powder: 1 scoop (30g) Peanut Butter & Chocolate
  • 🍯 Sweetener: Allulose (1 tsp)

🌀 Churn & Machine Instructions

Recommended Spin Mode: 'Light Ice Cream' mode

1. Steam 125g of butternut squash and 125g of zucchini until fork-tender. Cool completely before blending.
2. Blend with 1 scoop of peanut butter and chocolate flavour protein powder, 1 teaspoon of allulose, buttermilk, water to desired consistency, and any additions like 1 teaspoon of maca powder.
3. Pour into the pint container, freeze for 24 hours, and spin on 'Ice Cream' mode.

💡 Pro Tip for Veggie Bases: If your pint spins into a powdery or dry crumb texture on the first cycle, don't worry! This is normal for low-fat vegetable churns. Simply add 1 tablespoon of unsweetened almond milk or cold water to the center, place it back into your Ninja Creami, and press Re-spin. It will immediately whip into creamy soft-serve perfection!
