  • 🥛 Liquid Base: Water (~120ml / 0.5 cup)
  • ⚡ Protein Powder: 1 scoop (30g) Chocolate Almond
  • 🍯 Sweetener: Erythritol (2 tsp)

  • ✨ Additions: Ground Flaxseed

🌀 Churn & Machine Instructions

Recommended Spin Mode: 'Light Ice Cream' mode

1. Steam 125g of cauliflower and 125g of courgettes until fork-tender.
2. Cool completely before blending.
3. Whip up in a blender with 1 scoop of chocolate almond flavour protein powder, 2 teaspoons of erythritol, water, any optional additions like ground flaxseed, and 4-5 drops of toffee flavour drops.
4. Pour into a pint container, freeze for 24 hours, and spin on 'Light Ice Cream' mode.

💡 Pro Tip for Veggie Bases: If your pint spins into a powdery or dry crumb texture on the first cycle, don't worry! This is normal for low-fat vegetable churns. Simply add 1 tablespoon of unsweetened almond milk or cold water to the center, place it back into your Ninja Creami, and press Re-spin. It will immediately whip into creamy soft-serve perfection!
