  • ✨ Additions: Soluble Fibers, Antioxidant booster, Water-binding emulsion

🌀 Churn & Machine Instructions

Recommended Spin Mode: 'Light Ice Cream' mode

Dissolve Erythritol and Raspberry drops into Lemon-Infused Spa Water. Add 25g of fresh crushed Peach pulp and Agar-Agar (0.5g tender gel stabilizer) to prevent large ice crystal growth. Whisk vigorously or fast-blend for 30 seconds to lock the emulsion. Pour into your Creami pint container and freeze for 24 hours. Spin on 'Sorbet' mode. No re-spin required!

💡 Pro Tip for Veggie Bases: If your pint spins into a powdery or dry crumb texture on the first cycle, don't worry! This is normal for low-fat vegetable churns. Simply add 1 tablespoon of unsweetened almond milk or cold water to the center, place it back into your Ninja Creami, and press Re-spin. It will immediately whip into creamy soft-serve perfection!
