  • 🥦 Vegetable Base: Steamed Cauliflower (200–250g steamed until fork-tender)
  • 🥛 Liquid Base: Coconut Water (~120ml / 0.5 cup)
  • ⚡ Protein Powder: 1 scoop (30g) Vanilla
  • 🍯 Sweetener: Erythritol (3 tsp)
  • 💧 Flavor Drops: Coconut drops
  • ✨ Additions: Matcha Powder, Chia Seeds

🌀 Churn & Machine Instructions

Recommended Spin Mode: 'Light Ice Cream' mode

Steam 130g Cauliflower. Cool. Blend with 110ml Coconut Water, 1 serving of Vanilla Casein, 1 tsp Matcha, 1 tsp Chia Seeds, 3 tsp Erythritol, and 5 drops Coconut flavor drops. Freeze. Spin on 'Light Ice Cream'.

💡 Pro Tip for Veggie Bases: If your pint spins into a powdery or dry crumb texture on the first cycle, don't worry! This is normal for low-fat vegetable churns. Simply add 1 tablespoon of unsweetened almond milk or cold water to the center, place it back into your Ninja Creami, and press Re-spin. It will immediately whip into creamy soft-serve perfection!
