  • 🥦 Vegetable Base: Steamed Carrots (200–250g steamed until fork-tender)
  • 🥛 Liquid Base: Buttermilk (~120ml / 0.5 cup)
  • ⚡ Protein Powder: 1 scoop (30g) Vanilla & Chocolate
  • 🍯 Sweetener: Stevia (1.5 tsp)
  • 💧 Flavor Drops: Pistachio drops
  • ✨ Additions: Ground Flaxseed

🌀 Churn & Machine Instructions

Recommended Spin Mode: 'Light Ice Cream' mode

1. Steam 250g of carrots until soft and tender.
2. Let it cool completely.
3. High-speed blend with 0.5 scoop of vanilla flavour protein powder and 0.5 scoop of chocolate flavour protein powder, 1.5 teaspoons of stevia, buttermilk, water to desired consistency, any optional additions like ground flaxseed, and 4-5 drops of pistachio flavour drops.
4. Pour into the container, freeze upright for 24 hours, and spin on 'Ice Cream' mode.

💡 Pro Tip for Veggie Bases: If your pint spins into a powdery or dry crumb texture on the first cycle, don't worry! This is normal for low-fat vegetable churns. Simply add 1 tablespoon of unsweetened almond milk or cold water to the center, place it back into your Ninja Creami, and press Re-spin. It will immediately whip into creamy soft-serve perfection!
