🌀 Churn & Machine Instructions

Recommended Spin Mode: 'Light Ice Cream' mode

Steam 130g of peeled zucchini until soft and tender. Let it cool completely. Puree the steamed vegetables and mix in 1 scoop of Collagen Protein (Mint Chocolate flavour), Honey (2.0 tsp), buttermilk, any optional additions like Fiber Powder, and 4-5 drops of Mint drops. Pour into the ice cream maker vessel, freeze solid for 24 hours, and spin on 'Light Ice Cream' setting.

💡 Pro Tip for Veggie Bases: If your pint spins into a powdery or dry crumb texture on the first cycle, don't worry! This is normal for low-fat vegetable churns. Simply add 1 tablespoon of unsweetened almond milk or cold water to the center, place it back into your Ninja Creami, and press Re-spin. It will immediately whip into creamy soft-serve perfection!
