🛒 Ingredients & Pint Formulation

  • 🥦 Vegetable Base: Steamed Zucchini (Peeled) (200–250g steamed until fork-tender)
  • 🥛 Liquid Base: Coconut Water (~120ml / 0.5 cup)
  • ⚡ Protein Powder: 1 scoop (30g) Pistachio
  • 🍯 Sweetener: Honey (2.0 tsp)
  • 💧 Flavor Drops: Pistachio drops
  • ✨ Additions: Maca Powder

🌀 Churn & Machine Instructions

Recommended Spin Mode: 'Light Ice Cream' mode

Steam 130g of peeled zucchini until soft and tender. Let it cool completely. High-speed blend with 1 scoop of Collagen Protein (Pistachio flavour), Honey (2.0 tsp), coconut water, any optional additions like Maca Powder, and 4-5 drops of Pistachio flavour drops. Pour into a freezer pint, freeze upright for 24 hours, and spin on 'Ice Cream' mode.

💡 Pro Tip for Veggie Bases: If your pint spins into a powdery or dry crumb texture on the first cycle, don't worry! This is normal for low-fat vegetable churns. Simply add 1 tablespoon of unsweetened almond milk or cold water to the center, place it back into your Ninja Creami, and press Re-spin. It will immediately whip into creamy soft-serve perfection!
