🛒 Ingredients & Pint Formulation

  • 🥦 Vegetable Base: Zucchini and Butternut Squash (200–250g steamed until fork-tender)
  • 🥛 Liquid Base: Coconut Water (~120ml / 0.5 cup)
  • ⚡ Protein Powder: 1 scoop (30g) Frosty Lemonade
  • 🍯 Sweetener: Allulose (1.0 tsp)
  • 💧 Flavor Drops: Lemon drops
  • ✨ Additions: Matcha Powder

🌀 Churn & Machine Instructions

Recommended Spin Mode: 'Light Ice Cream' mode

Steam 65g of butternut squash and 65g of zucchini until fork-tender. Cool completely before blending. Blend with 1 scoop of Pea Protein (Frosty Lemonade flavour), Allulose (1.0 tsp), coconut water, any optional additions like Matcha Powder, and 4-5 drops of Lemon drops. Pour into the freezer safe vessel, freeze upright for 24 hours, and spin on 'Ice Cream' mode.

💡 Pro Tip for Veggie Bases: If your pint spins into a powdery or dry crumb texture on the first cycle, don't worry! This is normal for low-fat vegetable churns. Simply add 1 tablespoon of unsweetened almond milk or cold water to the center, place it back into your Ninja Creami, and press Re-spin. It will immediately whip into creamy soft-serve perfection!
