🌀 Churn & Machine Instructions

Recommended Spin Mode: 'Light Ice Cream' mode

Steam 130g of sweet potato until soft and tender. Let it cool completely. Whip up in a high-speed food processor with 1 scoop of Casein (Mint Chocolate flavour), Erythritol (2.0 tsp), water, and any optional additions like Fiber Powder. Pour into the freezer safe vessel, freeze for 24 hours, and spin on 'Light Ice Cream' mode.

💡 Pro Tip for Veggie Bases: If your pint spins into a powdery or dry crumb texture on the first cycle, don't worry! This is normal for low-fat vegetable churns. Simply add 1 tablespoon of unsweetened almond milk or cold water to the center, place it back into your Ninja Creami, and press Re-spin. It will immediately whip into creamy soft-serve perfection!
