Vanilla Nice Cream

Peeled zucchini is the ultimate secret weapon. It has no green skin color and very little flavour when mixed, but blends down into a heavy, creamy base that feels like rich dairy ice cream.

🌀 Churn & Machine Instructions

Recommended Spin Mode: 'Light Ice Cream' mode

1. Peel and chop 250g zucchini.
2. Steam until thoroughly soft.
3. Combine with about 100ml kefir, water to desired consistency, 1 serving of vanilla flavour protein powder, 2 teaspoons of allulose, 1 teaspoon of maca powder, 5 drops of vanilla flavour drops.
4. Blend ultra-smooth, freeze for 24 hours, and churn twice on 'Light Ice Cream'.

💡 Pro Tip for Veggie Bases: If your pint spins into a powdery or dry crumb texture on the first cycle, don't worry! This is normal for low-fat vegetable churns. Simply add 1 tablespoon of unsweetened almond milk or cold water to the center, place it back into your Ninja Creami, and press Re-spin. It will immediately whip into creamy soft-serve perfection!
