🛒 Ingredients & Pint Formulation

  • 🥦 Vegetable Base: Steamed Cauliflower (200–250g steamed until fork-tender)
  • 🥛 Liquid Base: Water (~120ml / 0.5 cup)
  • ⚡ Protein Powder: 1 scoop (30g) Cinnamon Danish
  • 🍯 Sweetener: Maple Syrup (1.5 tsp)
  • 💧 Flavor Drops: Maple drops
  • ✨ Additions: Ground Flaxseed

🌀 Churn & Machine Instructions

Recommended Spin Mode: 'Light Ice Cream' mode

Steam 130g of cauliflower until soft and tender. Let it cool completely. Whip up in a high-speed kitchen blender with a scoop of Soy Protein (Cinnamon Danish flavour), Maple Syrup (1.5 tsp), water, any optional additions like Ground Flaxseed, and 4-5 drops of Maple drops. Pour into a standard pint canister, freeze for 24 hours, and spin on 'Light Ice Cream' mode.

💡 Pro Tip for Veggie Bases: If your pint spins into a powdery or dry crumb texture on the first cycle, don't worry! This is normal for low-fat vegetable churns. Simply add 1 tablespoon of unsweetened almond milk or cold water to the center, place it back into your Ninja Creami, and press Re-spin. It will immediately whip into creamy soft-serve perfection!
