🌀 Churn & Machine Instructions

Recommended Spin Mode: 'Light Ice Cream' mode

1. Peel and steam 200g zucchini.
2. Combine with 80-120g non-fat Greek yogurt, 100ml water, 1 serving of banana protein powder, 3 teaspoons of erythritol, and 5 drops of banana flavour drops.
3. Puree until ultra-smooth.
4. Freeze for 24 hours and then spin on 'Light Ice Cream'.

💡 Pro Tip for Veggie Bases: If your pint spins into a powdery or dry crumb texture on the first cycle, don't worry! This is normal for low-fat vegetable churns. Simply add 1 tablespoon of unsweetened almond milk or cold water to the center, place it back into your Ninja Creami, and press Re-spin. It will immediately whip into creamy soft-serve perfection!
