Buttermilk Cheesecake Churn

Acidic, creamy, and decadent. It tastes like New York cheesecake batter! Using a base of buttermilk and soft cauliflower gives a heavy, rich texture.

🌀 Churn & Machine Instructions

Recommended Spin Mode: 'Light Ice Cream' mode

1. Steam 250g cauliflower.
2. Cool.
3. Combine with 100ml buttermilk, water to desired consistency, 1 serving of vanilla protein powder, 2.5 teaspoons of allulose, 1 teaspoon of fiber powder, and an optional squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
4. Freeze for 24 hours.
5. Spin on 'Light Ice Cream'.

💡 Pro Tip for Veggie Bases: If your pint spins into a powdery or dry crumb texture on the first cycle, don't worry! This is normal for low-fat vegetable churns. Simply add 1 tablespoon of unsweetened almond milk or cold water to the center, place it back into your Ninja Creami, and press Re-spin. It will immediately whip into creamy soft-serve perfection!
