🛒 Ingredients & Pint Formulation

  • 🥦 Vegetable Base: Cauliflower and Courgettes (200–250g steamed until fork-tender)
  • 🥛 Liquid Base: Water (~120ml / 0.5 cup)
  • ⚡ Protein Powder: 1 scoop (30g) Chocolate Banana
  • 🍯 Sweetener: Chicory Root Syrup (1.0 tsp)
  • ✨ Additions: Fiber Powder

🌀 Churn & Machine Instructions

Recommended Spin Mode: 'Light Ice Cream' mode

Steam 65g of cauliflower and 65g of courgettes until fork-tender. Cool completely before blending. Blend with 1 scoop of Whey Isolate (Chocolate Banana flavour), Chicory Root Syrup (1.0 tsp), water, and any optional additions like Fiber Powder. Pour into a pint container, freeze for 24 hours, and spin on 'Light Ice Cream' mode.

💡 Pro Tip for Veggie Bases: If your pint spins into a powdery or dry crumb texture on the first cycle, don't worry! This is normal for low-fat vegetable churns. Simply add 1 tablespoon of unsweetened almond milk or cold water to the center, place it back into your Ninja Creami, and press Re-spin. It will immediately whip into creamy soft-serve perfection!
