Chocolate & Decadent

Double Chocolate

Steam your sweet potato until ultra-soft, let it cool, and blend into a thick velvety dark chocolate paste with the protein powder. The chocolate flavour disguises the sweet potato turning it into a velvety rich dessert.

🛒 Ingredients & Pint Formulation

  • 🥦 Vegetable Base: Steamed Sweet Potato (200–250g steamed until fork-tender)
  • 🥛 Liquid Base: Water (~120ml / 0.5 cup)
  • ⚡ Protein Powder: 1 scoop (30g) Chocolate
  • 🍯 Sweetener: Erythritol (2 tsp)
  • 💧 Flavor Drops: Chocolate drops
  • ✨ Additions: Chia Seeds

🌀 Churn & Machine Instructions

Recommended Spin Mode: 'Light Ice Cream' mode

1. Steam 250g of sweet potato until soft and tender.
2. Let it cool completely.
3. Combine in a high-speed blender with 1 scoop of chocolate flavour protein powder, 2 teaspoons of erythritol, water to desired consistency, any optional additions like chia seeds, and 4-5 drops of chocolate flavour drops.
4. Pour into a pint container, let chill in the freezer for 24 hours, and spin on light churn setting.

💡 Pro Tip for Veggie Bases: If your pint spins into a powdery or dry crumb texture on the first cycle, don't worry! This is normal for low-fat vegetable churns. Simply add 1 tablespoon of unsweetened almond milk or cold water to the center, place it back into your Ninja Creami, and press Re-spin. It will immediately whip into creamy soft-serve perfection!
