🛒 Ingredients & Pint Formulation

  • 🥦 Vegetable Base: Zucchini and Butternut Squash (200–250g steamed until fork-tender)
  • 🥛 Liquid Base: Water (~120ml / 0.5 cup)
  • ⚡ Protein Powder: 1 scoop (30g) Frosty Lemonade
  • 🍯 Sweetener: Chicory Root Syrup (1.0 tsp)
  • ✨ Additions: Matcha Powder

🌀 Churn & Machine Instructions

Recommended Spin Mode: 'Light Ice Cream' mode

Steam 65g of zucchini and 65g of butternut squash until fork-tender. Cool completely before blending. Whiz together in a high-speed food processor with 1 scoop of Whey Isolate (Frosty Lemonade flavour), Chicory Root Syrup (1.0 tsp), water, and any optional additions like Matcha Powder. Pour into the freezer vessel, let chill in the freezer for 24 hours, and spin on light churn setting.

💡 Pro Tip for Veggie Bases: If your pint spins into a powdery or dry crumb texture on the first cycle, don't worry! This is normal for low-fat vegetable churns. Simply add 1 tablespoon of unsweetened almond milk or cold water to the center, place it back into your Ninja Creami, and press Re-spin. It will immediately whip into creamy soft-serve perfection!
