🛒 Ingredients & Pint Formulation

  • 🥦 Vegetable Base: Steamed Zucchini (Peeled) (200–250g steamed until fork-tender)
  • 🥛 Liquid Base: Coconut Water (~120ml / 0.5 cup)
  • ⚡ Protein Powder: 1 scoop (30g) Vanilla
  • 🍯 Sweetener: Honey (2 tsp)
  • 💧 Flavor Drops: Vanilla drops
  • ✨ Additions: Maca Powder

🌀 Churn & Machine Instructions

Recommended Spin Mode: 'Light Ice Cream' mode

1. Steam 250g of zucchini (peeled) until soft.
2. Let it cool completely.
3. Blend in a high-speed blender with 1 scoop of vanilla flavour protein powder, 2 teaspoons of honey, coconut water, selected optional superfoods (1 teaspoon of maca powder), and 4-5 drops of vanilla flavour drops.
4. Freeze solid inside standard pint container for 24 hours, then spin on 'Light Ice Cream' mode.

💡 Pro Tip for Veggie Bases: If your pint spins into a powdery or dry crumb texture on the first cycle, don't worry! This is normal for low-fat vegetable churns. Simply add 1 tablespoon of unsweetened almond milk or cold water to the center, place it back into your Ninja Creami, and press Re-spin. It will immediately whip into creamy soft-serve perfection!
