🛒 Ingredients & Pint Formulation

  • 🥦 Vegetable Base: Steamed Carrots (200–250g steamed until fork-tender)
  • 🥛 Liquid Base: Kefir (~120ml / 0.5 cup)
  • ⚡ Protein Powder: 1 scoop (30g) Vanilla
  • 🍯 Sweetener: Stevia (1.5 tsp)
  • 💧 Flavor Drops: Mango drops
  • ✨ Additions: Fiber Powder

🌀 Churn & Machine Instructions

Recommended Spin Mode: 'Light Ice Cream' mode

1. Steam 250g of carrots until soft and tender.
2. Let it cool completely.
3. Incorporate in a blender with 1 scoop of vanilla flavour whey protein powder, 1.5 teaspoons of stevia, kefir, water to desired consistency, any optional additions like fiber powder, and 4-5 drops of mango flavour drops.
4. Pour into an ice cream machine tub, freeze upright for 24 hours, and spin on 'Ice Cream' mode.

💡 Pro Tip for Veggie Bases: If your pint spins into a powdery or dry crumb texture on the first cycle, don't worry! This is normal for low-fat vegetable churns. Simply add 1 tablespoon of unsweetened almond milk or cold water to the center, place it back into your Ninja Creami, and press Re-spin. It will immediately whip into creamy soft-serve perfection!
