🛒 Ingredients & Pint Formulation

  • 🥦 Vegetable Base: Steamed Zucchini (Peeled) (200–250g steamed until fork-tender)
  • 🥛 Liquid Base: Coconut Water (~120ml / 0.5 cup)
  • ⚡ Protein Powder: 1 scoop (30g) Coconut Cream
  • 🍯 Sweetener: Erythritol (3 tsp)
  • 💧 Flavor Drops: Coconut drops
  • ✨ Additions: Matcha Powder

🌀 Churn & Machine Instructions

Recommended Spin Mode: 'Light Ice Cream' mode

1. Combine 250g steamed peeled zucchini, about 100ml coconut water, water to desired consistency, 1 serving of coconut cream flavour protein powder, 1 teaspoon of matcha powder, 3 teaspoons of erythritol, and 3 drops of coconut flavour drops.
2. Blend, freeze, and churn on 'sorbet' or 'Light Ice Cream' mode.

💡 Pro Tip for Veggie Bases: If your pint spins into a powdery or dry crumb texture on the first cycle, don't worry! This is normal for low-fat vegetable churns. Simply add 1 tablespoon of unsweetened almond milk or cold water to the center, place it back into your Ninja Creami, and press Re-spin. It will immediately whip into creamy soft-serve perfection!
