🛒 Ingredients & Pint Formulation

  • 🥦 Vegetable Base: Butternut Squash and Zucchini (200–250g steamed until fork-tender)
  • 🥛 Liquid Base: Buttermilk (~120ml / 0.5 cup)
  • ⚡ Protein Powder: 1 scoop (30g) Peanut Butter and Chocolate
  • 🍯 Sweetener: Allulose (1.0 tsp)
  • ✨ Additions: Maca Powder

🌀 Churn & Machine Instructions

Recommended Spin Mode: 'Light Ice Cream' mode

Steam 65g of butternut squash and 65g of zucchini until fork-tender. Cool completely before blending. High-speed blend in a high-speed blender with 1 scoop of Pea Protein (Peanut Butter and Chocolate flavour), Allulose (1.0 tsp), buttermilk, and any optional additions like Maca Powder. Pour into the pint container, freeze for 24 hours, and spin on 'Ice Cream' mode.

💡 Pro Tip for Veggie Bases: If your pint spins into a powdery or dry crumb texture on the first cycle, don't worry! This is normal for low-fat vegetable churns. Simply add 1 tablespoon of unsweetened almond milk or cold water to the center, place it back into your Ninja Creami, and press Re-spin. It will immediately whip into creamy soft-serve perfection!
