🛒 Ingredients & Pint Formulation

  • 🥦 Vegetable Base: Zucchini and Butternut Squash (200–250g steamed until fork-tender)
  • 🥛 Liquid Base: Water (~120ml / 0.5 cup)
  • ⚡ Protein Powder: 1 scoop (30g) Salted Caramel
  • 🍯 Sweetener: Chicory Root Syrup (1 tsp)

  • ✨ Additions: Maca Powder

🌀 Churn & Machine Instructions

Recommended Spin Mode: 'Light Ice Cream' mode

1. Steam 125g of zucchini and 125g of butternut squash until fork-tender.
2. Cool completely before blending.
3. Whiz together in a blender with 1 scoop of salted caramel flavour protein powder, 1 teaspoon of chicory root syrup, water, and any optional additions like 1 teaspoon of maca powder.
4. Pour into a standard pint canister, let chill in the freezer for 24 hours, and spin on light churn setting.

💡 Pro Tip for Veggie Bases: If your pint spins into a powdery or dry crumb texture on the first cycle, don't worry! This is normal for low-fat vegetable churns. Simply add 1 tablespoon of unsweetened almond milk or cold water to the center, place it back into your Ninja Creami, and press Re-spin. It will immediately whip into creamy soft-serve perfection!
