🌀 Churn & Machine Instructions

Recommended Spin Mode: 'Light Ice Cream' mode

1. Steam 250g cauliflower.
2. Cool.
3. Puree with 100ml kefir, water to desired consistency, 1 serving of strawberry flavour protein powder, 1 teaspoon of maca powder, 5 drops of liquid stevia, 4 drops of strawberry flavour drops.
4. Freeze.
5. Spin on 'Light Ice Cream'.

💡 Pro Tip for Veggie Bases: If your pint spins into a powdery or dry crumb texture on the first cycle, don't worry! This is normal for low-fat vegetable churns. Simply add 1 tablespoon of unsweetened almond milk or cold water to the center, place it back into your Ninja Creami, and press Re-spin. It will immediately whip into creamy soft-serve perfection!
