🛒 Ingredients & Pint Formulation

  • 🥦 Vegetable Base: Trace fresh Strawberry pulp paired with Guar Gum (0.5g ice crystal blocker) (200–250g steamed until fork-tender)
  • 🥛 Liquid Base: Organic Watermelon Water (~120ml / 0.5 cup)
  • ⚡ Protein Powder: 1 scoop (30g) None
  • 🍯 Sweetener: Allulose (1.5 tsp)
  • 💧 Flavor Drops: Melon drops
  • ✨ Additions: Soluble Fibers, Antioxidant booster, Water-binding emulsion

🌀 Churn & Machine Instructions

Recommended Spin Mode: 'Light Ice Cream' mode

Dissolve Allulose and Melon drops into Organic Watermelon Water. Add 25g of fresh crushed Strawberry pulp and Guar Gum (0.5g ice crystal blocker) to prevent large ice crystal growth. Whisk vigorously or fast-blend for 30 seconds to lock the emulsion. Pour into your Creami pint container and freeze for 24 hours. Spin on 'Sorbet' mode. No re-spin required!

💡 Pro Tip for Veggie Bases: If your pint spins into a powdery or dry crumb texture on the first cycle, don't worry! This is normal for low-fat vegetable churns. Simply add 1 tablespoon of unsweetened almond milk or cold water to the center, place it back into your Ninja Creami, and press Re-spin. It will immediately whip into creamy soft-serve perfection!
