🛒 Ingredients & Pint Formulation

  • 🥦 Vegetable Base: Trace fresh Watermelon pulp paired with Konjac Soluble Fiber (0.5g solid lock-binding) (200–250g steamed until fork-tender)
  • 🥛 Liquid Base: White Grape Extract Blend (~120ml / 0.5 cup)
  • ⚡ Protein Powder: 1 scoop (30g) None
  • 🍯 Sweetener: Chicory Root Syrup (2.5 tsp)
  • 💧 Flavor Drops: Coconut drops
  • ✨ Additions: Soluble Fibers, Antioxidant booster, Water-binding emulsion

🌀 Churn & Machine Instructions

Recommended Spin Mode: 'Light Ice Cream' mode

Dissolve Chicory Root Syrup and Coconut drops into White Grape Extract Blend. Add 25g of fresh crushed Watermelon pulp and Konjac Soluble Fiber (0.5g solid lock-binding) to prevent large ice crystal growth. Whisk vigorously or fast-blend for 30 seconds to lock the emulsion. Pour into your Creami pint container and freeze for 24 hours. Spin on 'Sorbet' mode. No re-spin required!

💡 Pro Tip for Veggie Bases: If your pint spins into a powdery or dry crumb texture on the first cycle, don't worry! This is normal for low-fat vegetable churns. Simply add 1 tablespoon of unsweetened almond milk or cold water to the center, place it back into your Ninja Creami, and press Re-spin. It will immediately whip into creamy soft-serve perfection!
